Adrien Guenzi, a talented Michelin experienced chef from Lyon, France—known as the country’s food capital—has made a name for himself with his amazing cooking skills. Lyon is famous for its rich food traditions and great chefs, and this has strongly influenced Adrien’s style. His dishes combine classic French techniques with ideas from his travels and personal experiences, creating meals that are both delicious and visually stunning.

Adrien began his career at the well-known restaurant L’Arc en Ciel, where he developed his skills and learned the balance between precision and creativity needed for great cooking. This experience also introduced him to other talented chefs and inspired him to push his craft further.

Now, as the head chef and co-founder of Lune Restaurant & Bar in Ho Chi Minh City, Adrien stays true to his roots while exploring new ways to create unique and exciting dishes. His passion for mixing tradition with innovation has made him a standout in the city’s lively food scene.
